Production Supervisor ‒ Colac Dry Mill

Applications are sought for experienced candidates to supervise and lead daily activities in our Dry Mill Production Facility on Afternoon Shift. The successful applicant for this role must have a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

The position requires a suitably qualified, experienced and self-motivated person who will commit to the position, lead our employees and prioritise their safety. The fundamental purpose of the position is to coordinate personnel and equipment to achieve high levels of safety, production efficiency, equipment utilisation and quality.

Key duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure production targets are met
  • Procedure development
  • Safety and production reporting

Experience & requirements:

  • Commitment to safety
  • Supervisory and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous

This full time position is based at our main site of Colac; a regional city located in the fully serviced South West Victorian region at the foothills of the Otway Ranges - 40 minutes to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road, 1 hour to Geelong and less than 2 hours to Melbourne.
